HOW DO I ORDER A CAKE?

  • Signature cakes can be purchased on our website under the SHOP or by phone 845.681.9502. All of our Signature cakes are made fresh to order, so we request at least 3 days notice prior to delivery date. Custom cakes can be requested through our online form or by phone. Larger orders for 100+ guests make a cake deposit explained in our payment policy. Due to the nature of time and planning for custom cakes, we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to the event. Rush orders may be possible depending on scheduling.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY ZONE?

  • We offer free delivery throughout Woodstock, NY and anywhere within a 15 mile radius. If your delivery location is further, please call to place your order. Delivery charges beyond the initial 15 miles begins at $2/mile.

DO YOU OFFER FREE PICK-UP?

  • As we are an online business, we cannot provide in-store pick up. However, if you call we are happy to arrange a convenient meeting point within our free 15 mile radius (for ex. Kingston, NY Park & Ride)

DO YOU DO TASTINGS?

  • We offer Wedding Sampler packs which include 3, 4” cakes with flavors of your choosing. Please see flavors tab for selection of cakes, optional fillings, & frostings. These sampler packs are a set $100 regardless of any specialty flavors. Delivery charges may apply.

WHAT ABOUT DIET RESTRICTIONS?

  • Our gluten-free cakes are made with a blend of rice, potato, sorghum, and tapioca flours. Our vegan products may use ingredients such as vegan butter, vegetable oil or shortening, organic cane sugar, aquafaba, and or dark chocolate. We are always happy to share what brands we use in our cakes with our clients. If you have any severe allergies such as to nuts, we strongly recommend that you contact us for information on the ingredient labels. While our recipes can certainly be made nut-free, some ingredient labels indicate a possible cross-contamination in their factory processing (for ex. chocolate).

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

  • All orders are charged through PayPal or Stripe (via checkout or email invoice). Cash is also accepted as long as the buyer is present upon delivery. Larger custom cakes (100+ guests) must make a cake deposit to order with us and save the date. A design sketch and complete price quote will be emailed after receiving the deposit. The remainder of the quote is due two weeks prior to the event.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • Signature cake orders can be cancelled over the phone within 24 hours for a full refund. Cake deposits are non-refundable, and all custom cake sales are final.
